A research-based approach to remote management
Best practices in remote learning have been a foundation of our online program since its inception. Prior to the Online MBA’s creation, principal members of the team conducted research on the most effective ways to promote engagement from a distance. Not only has this research become part of our remote teaching practices, but we also incorporated it into our Fundamentals of Business course so students can better work with their own remote teams.
Our method of teaching in teams is a unique attribute of USC Marshall. Each course in the Online MBA program is taught by at least two full-time faculty from different disciplines, providing an integrative perspective on business fundamentals, internal and external operations, business environments and leadership.

Scholarship options
The USC OMBA program offers merit-based scholarships, ranging from $5,000 to $20,000. Scholarships are awarded based upon professional experience, leadership skills, academic merit, test scores and other factors. Financial aid is also available.
